Two Lefts don't make a Right... But three do.

The nematode (worm) Caenorhabditis elegans ages the equivalent of 5 human years for every day they live, usually expiring after 14 days. However, when stressed, the worm goes into a state of suspended animation that can last for 2 months or more. The human equivalent would be to sleep for about 200 years.

Paano kaya kung lahat ng tao eh ganito yung magiging reaction when under stress. Yung they would be in a state of suspended animation, siguro mga mukha tayong living dead. hmmm.. on the other hand, people when stressed undergone feelings of depression, disgust, anger and rejection, in which can lead to health problems such as headaches, upset stomach, heart disease or even stroke. Siguro mas maganda yung suspended animation compared to these health problems.

So learn how to manage stress. Proper cardiovascular training and maintaing a healthy diet helps, also avoid nicotine, excessive caffeine and other stimulants. As for me, I'll be a worm.
